These terms apply when you use the CYAN Dental Clinic website, online booking and patient portal.
Booking appointments
- Online bookings are requests until the clinic confirms them by phone, WhatsApp or message.
- You can change or cancel online up to 4 hours before the appointment. After that, please call the clinic.
- If you cannot attend, please let us know so another patient can use the time.
Estimates and payments
- Prices and estimates on the website or in a treatment plan are a guide. The final cost depends on your examination and the treatment carried out, and is explained before treatment starts.
- Payments are taken at the clinic or through secure payment links.
Medical information
- The website, chat assistant and articles give general information, not a diagnosis. Always follow the advice of your dentist.
- For a dental emergency, call +91 83170 44743. For a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
Your account
- Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Please keep your contact details and medical history up to date so we can treat you safely.
